Since its release last year, the Kia Telluride has been turning heads. It has been recognized for its safety, interior and exterior design and utility and in its second year the hot-selling, award winning Telluride is getting some minor yet desirable updates.
The biggest news is the new Nightfall Edition which will be available on Telluride EX AWD with Premium Package and all SX AWD models (as a $1,295 package.) This adds some street style to your ride with gloss black trim replacing all chrome-like details on the Telluride, including the window surround and lower door trim, skid plates, roof rails, headlight and foglight bezels, and Telluride badges. The Kia badges themselves are tinted. On the front end find a modern yet aggressive new grille design that’s all black and only available on the Nightfall Edition. The Nightfall Edition rounds out with 7 spoke, 20 inch wheels with dark chrome lug nuts and black wheel caps.
A new exterior color, Wolf Gray is exclusive to the Nightfall Edition.
Expect to see few minor trim changes to the rest of the 2021 Telluride lineup. For example, the SX is now available in Sangria with either black or gray leather interior. The formerly SX exclusive Black Copper color will make its way down to EX and S trims. The EX Premium Package also gains full LED headlights with amber daytime running lamps, previously only available on SX.
For Tellurides with second row Captain’s Chairs, the armrests have been redesigned for added functionality and comfort. The towing trailer harness has been upgraded from a 4 pin to 7 pin.
All Tellurides will now receive remote engine start with a dedicated button on the remote key fob, and all AWD Tellurides will receive a special heater that increases heating performance throughout the vehicle.
